FØRST is our first blend and the word simply means “first” in Danish.

FØRST is a non vintage Bordeaux blend of 50% 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% 2020 Malbec.

FØRST starts with aromas of black cherries, cocoa, and lilac. The palette is balanced with notes of dark cherry cordials and baking spices

Earthy, smoked cedar, Castelvetrano olive aromas with aged vanilla and a spicy blend of tobacco, sage, garam masala and fresh soil

Aromas of graphite, wet stone, cocoa, oregano and dried fig. Noticeable minerality on the pallet with marionberry, grapefruit zest, and suede leather

100% Cab Franc, aged 32 months in second use barrels.

Wet concrete, sweet tobacco, & bell pepper on the nose.

Cassis, alfalfa, tomatillo, aged vanilla, and noticable minerality.

Yakima Valley AVA

Ruby red color with notes of tropical guava, tart strawberries, fuji apple, and flint. This rose´ is refreshing on it’s own and stands up well to food pairings.

Sliced granny smith apple, meyer lemon, and fresh apple cider.

Rich Montmorency cherries, thyme, & licorice. Bright acidity. A more sultry version of this classic Italian grape. Pairs fantastically with duck.

94% Syrah co-fermented with 6% Viognier. Aged 22 months in neutral oak.

Full bodied with rich notes of agave, apricot, citrus, and tropical fruit with a smooth creamy finish and touch of oak.
