Winemakers - James Bivans & Matt Sprenke

Friends and now business partners, James and Matt have been working with food and wine for most of their lives. James graduated from Johnson and Wales University and brings his skills as a trained chef and event coordinator to the partnership. Matt is a creative problem solver who grew up in the Columbia Valley surrounded by grape vines and always had a deep fascination for the science of turning those grapes into wine. Together James and Matt have spent years cultivating an extensive knowledge of food & wines through their careers, working with local wineries, attending wine classes, and self-study. Now they are combining their talents and passion for wine to create Wolfpack Cellars and produce exceptional wines. From our pack to yours.
